We would like to welcome you to Kripple Kreek. It is our sincere
hope that you will enjoy your stay here and come back often to see us. We are undergoing some major changes.
If you have visited with us before, you know our main focus
had been Equine Rescue. Due to the high number of horses that we have taken in and placed over the past few years, I
have made the decision to step out of rescue. We put everything into these horses. And it had just become
more than we could handle. In 2005, we had to euthanize 5 horses. We were able to rehab many other horses, and place them
into loving and permanent homes. But when you have to put to death the very animal you have worked so hard to save, it
takes an undescribable toll on you emotionally. And, no matter how hard you may try, it gets to you after a time.
Rescue is still in my heart and likely always will be. But at this time, I have chosen to step out. I still have my private
horses and I look forward to having the opportunity to lavish all of my love and attention on them. And I so look
forward to simply enjoying my horses, as do so many of you. This will be a new direction for us, but one I am quickly
learning to enjoy.
We have been blessed with an amazing stallion and we will be
offering his services to a limited number of outside mares. Lynx is a true living legend. We are currently researching certain
facts about him and will soon be posting updated records of him & his get to our stallion's page. We are waiting on confirmation
of these records prior to posting them. Please visit our Stallion page to meet the amazing Lynx Furry.
The photo below is of Strawberry in May'04. She had gone completely blind. She was my life long friend and I fought hard
to keep her with me. But her health was failing. And in August we were forced to put her down. She was still a precious friend
and part of our family. And even though she is gone, we carry her memory with us daily.

What's New?
On December 7, 2004 our county Judge gave the high honor of naming
our county road after my dear sweet mare Strawberry. Our farm is now located on Strawberry Lane! I know Straws is thundering
over the hills of heaven in joy and pride today over her worldly fame.
